Pictures Don't Show In Internet Explorer Browser; CSS.Style Proble

New to using CSS in FP 2003. Have several pictures on a page. They show up
in design view and preview view, but are absent in IE Explorer view.
Reference to the pictures not included in CSS.Style file. Should they be?
If not, any other suggestions?
 
Either provide a link to the faulty page, or post relevant snippets of
code from page and CSS here. It is very difficult to diagnose rendering
problems without seeing what is going on.
