pictures does not show

does anybody know why sometimes i go on the yahoo photo album, and the
pictures just doesn't show up? not only for the photo album, when i go to a
website, everything else works fine except the pictures, the thumbnails does
not show up even after i clicked refresh like a million times.... does anyone
know what'z wrong?
