I am helping one of our salespeople with a PowerPoint 2003 issue. Not to
long ago we have (a couple of weeks) installed MS Office 2003 on his laptop
(former version was Office 2000). He has been creating presentations and
importing slides from the older version presentations and also presentations
created by someone else. Now, after a couple of weeks, he has opened some of
these presentations that were created with his new 2003 version and some of
the slides that had pictures in them are showing up as blank slides. The
pictures seem to be disappearing by themselves. Any one ever run accross
this issue? I am searching the Internet for related incidences with no luck.
I am hoping someone can give me some information to help me troubleshoot
this.
