pictures are not in focus....

this might sound like a completely idiotic question but
since I have had this computer....2 months....not one!
not one photo or picture is in focus.....doesn't matter
what page I am on....NYTimes of Post or anywhere ...not
one photo is in focus.....why is that and is there a
setting somehere that will fix it....iTunes....nothing
all are out of focus....I hope someone can help...thanks.
 
If you are talking about hi speed dial up that is 5 times faster then the
way they do this is by giving you 5 times less pix quality so it comes in
much faster.
