After you compose the message and you click Insert, click on File instead of
on Picture on the opening menu. A window will open for you to navigate to
the folder you want to select the picture. Once you select the file, it will
be inserted as a file name. You will see the file name under "Subject" in
the e-mail header. The recipient simply need to right click on the file name
and select Open to see the file.
You can do the same thing by right click on a photo file and Send to and
then e-mail. A window will open asking you if you want to resize the file
for e-mail and then Outlook Express will open for you to compose the
message. The file you selected will already be attached to the message.
