Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the winxp picture viewer (and/or
the slideshow tool) to browse through subdirectories as well as the pictures
in the current folder? I have my holiday photos in sibdirectories of the
different places i've been (some with only 2 or 3 photos in each) and want
to be able to browse through all the photos at once.

I know 3rd party tools can probably do this but I the built in view is
convenient.

thanks,
Rob

This may not be exactly what you had in
mind but might be worth a try. Go to...
Start / Search / Pictures.

Or...if you only want .jpgs...choose...All
Files and Folders and enter *.jpg

If you go to the Views button on your toolbar,
you can choose thumbnails.

Once all the files are found...double left
click one of them to open it in your Picture
and Fax viewer and then you can scroll
through all of them.
