Pam

I'm just using 2002 and notice that when I click on the icon to insert a
picture - the box comes up with the files in it - but in 2k I used to be
able to see the actual picture - now there is no preview - just the file
name -

is there a way to get the preview back on?

thanks
Pam

When the Picture dialog box appears, click the drop-down
arrow on the View toolbar button (second from the right)
and choose Preview.

Hi Pam,

Don't know about 2002 (I have uninstalled it)
But in 2003 there is an icon (in the insert picture box)
at the top for "Views" (second from the right) Click
on this and you can select the thumbnail or preview
so you can see the picture....

cool! thanks to both of you ! got it
