Picture URLs save as BMP only

When I am viewing a picture by itself on the interenet, I
can only save it as a BMP, but I want to save them as
JPGs. This is the only time this happens and clearing my
temp files didn't help it.

It's not the temp files you need to clear, it's the Temporary Internet
Files.
