can i copy pictures in mp3 so i can watch them on my dvd
MP3 is a sound format, not video. Many DVD players will play a slideshow of
..jpg files on a CD or DVD, but you'll have to check as to whether your
player does. If so, just burn them to a disc and follow the instructions.
A much more elegant way is to make video CD's, which can show the photos in
a show with fancier slide transitions, menus, etc., and have music along
with it. Photodex's Proshow Gold is topnotch and easy to use for making
these VCD's or SVCD's (sharper photos but not playable on as many DVD
players). Ulead's DVD Picture Show also does a good job, but is not as easy
to use and has a few annoying things missing when you are building your
show.
Nero Burning ROM, if you have it, may allow you to drag photos to a video CD
and make the CD for you, but the results aren't nearly as good as with the
above programs unless you just want a click-slideshow with no sound.
The above only requires a CD burner and blank, inexpensive CD's, and should
be able to handle a slideshow long enough for anyone to bear. You can also
burn them as regular DVD's, but will need something like Ulead's Video
Studio (there are many others) to be able to drag the photos to the program
and encode them properly for DVD's.
