Not unusual...especially if you view them
full screen. Movie Maker reduces the quality
of images for viewing but the final movie
should be fine.

Also you may want to consider using a
custom profile:

Personally, I use the following .wmv profile
when saving movies.
SlideShow-1024x768WMV9
