Picture Problem

Hi

I'm designing a outlook form with a picture, varoious text box's and some
combo box's.

When I alter the text boxs or combo box's, publish and save the form the
changes are saved without any problem. However, when I change the picture
(swap it to another picuture completly) the changes are not saved. If I
change the text/combo's and picture at the same time the changes to the
text/combo's are saved but the piture isn't.!

Why?

Any help would be great!

What steps are you following to create the picture? Do you intend to have a
different picture on each item using this form?
 
Hi,

Its a very simple form, with one tab, and one picture. I have created the
picture in Photoshop, then i click on the advanced properties of the outlook
form and add the picture. The picture is just for the background.

What file format is the picture file?

Its a JPEG file.

Initally putting the picture on the form is fine, but its when I want to
swap them over (to see which looks better) that I hit the change problem.

So, what procedure are you using to swap them and test the new version? It's
awfully hard to try to duplicate a problem without complete steps.

I choose a form to design, select the form from my personal forms libary.

Right click on the form, click advanced properties, click to ... button on
the top right for the picture property, locate the picture (it appears on the
form). Then I save the form, and publish it.

I then close the form. When I go back into the form (choose form etc) the
picture has reverted to the first picture I put on the background.

Make sure you increment the version number on the (Properties) page of the
form. That will make it possible for you to check which version of the form
you're looking at, on the Help | About This Form dialog.
