Picture Placeholders instead of pictures

On my production PC I can view pictures on my website,
www.donsalle.com. However, on my notebook I can only see
the placeholders. I've tried the right click/Show
pictures - does not help. Two other users have reported
the same problem.

Is there a particular setting in Tools/Options that
controls this feature?
