Picture on MDI Client Area

I want to put a picture on the MDI Container area, but if I throw a
picturebox on there, all the child forms open up hidden behind the
picture. Is there a way to do this properly?

Happen to have anything in VB.Net??? This is all C# and while I
understand it, I was hoping for something I could just copy in easily....
