my computer came with picture it express and somehow in
installing new programs it stopped working. However, I
cannot restore just one program and I do not want to pay
for a new program. help.

What happens when you try to open Picture It?

Do you receive errors? What are they?

FWIW...you can get a free copy of Picture It! Express
in certain packs of Avery Photo Paper.
