when I make a quarter fold card and print it all the pages
and pictures print correctly except the front page. This
picture shows correctly on the screen but when it is
printed the people in the photo are switched around and
there are lines across the picture. I can make the same
card a half page card and the pictures print just as they
are shown on the screen, the card is fine. Why is this
happening when you do a quarter page card. I have started
over 5 times, used different pictes, etc. But it always
does the same thing to the front page picture.

Sounds like a problem with your printer driver...
or maybe you need to run disk cleanup to delete
all your temp and temporary internet files.

Here's a good article on print troubleshooting:

(313250) PIP/Works: How to Troubleshoot
Printing Issues
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=313250
(applies to versions 7.0, 9 and 10 as well)

Here's a possible work around...

Create a .pdf of the project and then open
the .pdf in Adobe Reader and print it.

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Picture It! and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.
