I'm having a problem installing Picture It Platinum 2002. It keeps on telling
me that I have to uninstall the previous version. I couldn't unintall it so I
deleted it and now I can't install either program. Heelllppp!! I suppose it's
something in my registry. Thanks! Sandra

What prevented you from uninstalling the previous version? You need to
re-install it then uninstall it. Never just delete an installed program.
And resist the temptation to mess around with the registry, as doing so will
lead to deeper grief.
