picture it 7.0 multiple pictures

we had tried to use the Print->Print Special->Multi-photo
sheet and get to the page where the Single
Project/Multiple Project choice is. When Multiple
Projects is selected we are only able to drag one image
onto the canvas. Also, the bleed option is disabled.
Can anyone make any suggestions about either of these
features?

Do I understand that you have several images
open in DIP7? And you choose a template
that allows several images to be printed?

When you select the "Several Projects" radio
button and progress to the next screen...you
cannot drag more than one image onto the
template? Are the remaining sections of the
template left blank?
