Picture is upside down

When I attempt to use the accessability feature to
increase the size of text and objects the video screen is
changed to upside down. Is this a bug? Is a patch
available?

The problem is with drivers for your graphics card. Yes, it's a bug but the
bug is in those drivers and the drivers are supplied by the graphics card
manufacturer. You'll need to talk to the card manufacturer's tech support.
