It doesn't display on the contact page. When I click Actions/Add Picture,
the picture box between full name and email does not display. The box is no
longer present.

Another really cool feature of the new Outlook 2003 is that you can add a
picture for each Contact. To do this:
Double-click the Contact form to open it
Click the Add Contact Picture button (near the top center of the form)
Navigate to where the picture is stored, select it, and click OK
To change or remove the picture, you can simply right-click the picture.

This does not work.

Thanks for your help.

Is the form the new looking form or the one used by older versions of
outlook? Did you customize the contact form - editing the first page is not
supported and causes the picture control to disappear.

The form is the new looking one. I did not customize the form. How do I
make sure I am set to the default form?

O have added a picture in Contacts but it doesn't display. Please help.

I am having the same problem here. I upgraded from a previous version of
windows and have never been able to see a picture in Outlook 2003. I can add
a picture but then the control dissappears and the picture does not appear in
its place. I can also sync the pictures with w WM5 device so I know there are
there.

Help. How can I get the pictures back? I have tried detect and repair but to
no avail. I also have not knowingly altered the contact form in any way and
the fact I can add the picture in the first place suggests to me that it is
the new form.

Help!

I am also having the same problem. At first I could make the pictures
reappear with detect and repair. After each reboot the picture would be gone,
thus a detect and repair had to be preformed. However after 2 weeks the
detect and repair did not work any more and the pictures seem to have
permanently disappeared.
