picture disappears when you move or resize

Excel 2002 SP2. A picture that was inserted using the
Paste Special function will completely disappear into one
of the lines on the worksheet when you try to move or
resize. This does not happen when you open the same sheet
on another pc.
 
Hi Craig,
It helps if you right click on the edge of the picture
format, properties (tab), move / move and size with cells.
the cell it will move and resize with is the cell at the upper left
corner of the picture.
