picture density message

I have a blue box pop up every 2 minutes asking me to change my picture
density for a better picture. I then have to press either 1 or 2 to clear
the message. Now here's the problem: The picture density is set where they
tell me to set it already and 2, I can't clear the message or disregard it by
pressing the buttons. It still pops up. How can I fix this? Thanks

You will have to expand on the information to get targetted help, I'm
afraid. What is the name of the program you're using when that happens, and
what are the exact words in that message? Is that popup supposed to be
there or is it some thing new? Describe the popup as well as you can, and
what buttons it offers you and what happens if/when you use them. Get the
idea?
Then perhaps someone can try to help you out.
