Picture crop with presets

I'm looking for a photo software with cropping presets. Snapfish used
to give away a program called Photo Wizard that let you pick the size
like 4x6 or 5x7. You could then change the size of the crop and it
would keep the aspect ratio of your selection correct so you would end
up with a crop that fit the print size perfectly. I've lost that
software and their new program is a big mess of cripple-ware.

Does anyone know of another program that will do this?

I know I can do it "by hand" in just about any program by keeping the
ratio to 1:1.5 for 4x6 and 1:1.4 for 5x7 but this is really a pain.
