I am having problems with a setting in Picture Compresssion
Under Options there is a check box "Automatically Performa Basic Compression
on Save"
I uncheck this but then if someone else looks at the file on another
computer, even if they dont change anything if there settings are differet, I
get it back with that checked back on, causing a loss in picture quailty

I cannot figure this out is this a file specific setting or a computer
specific
Is there a setting somewhere I can shut this off perminatly? It is causing
alot of re-work? Any answers I would appreciate

It's computer specific and what's more hard to make default to "OFF"

Two possible options are to set the default to 220ppi which will usually not
change things much or to hack the registry to set the save default to OFF.
Both of these need to be done on all PC's

Thanks I'll forward this to our IT folks
