Picture attachment viewing

When I click on a photo attachment to view, I get 2
messages...the first is "no associated viewer" and then
an error message that says:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error

program: C:\program files\earthlink total
access\updmgr.exe

"This application has requested the runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way."

What could be causing this? I never had problems before
viewing pics with extensions such as .jpg or .jpeg?
 
You should address EarthLink with this error. It has something to do with their
update manager.
