Picture as background

How can I insert a picture as the background for a form?

I have a picture of mountains that I want as the background on my
switchboard form...I want the navigation buttons over the pic...see what I
mean?

Did you try putting the fully-qualified path and filename of the picture in
the Picture property of the Form? I use "Zoom" for SizeMode to preserve the
aspect ratio when I use a picture in a Form. I often use my graphics
software to reduce the contrast ("fade" the picture) so it doesn't interfere
with reading the information on the Form. And, I avoid using pictures when
I am uploading example DBs because it increases the size of the DB and makes
the download longer.
