Picture and Fax Viewer

Just started using my new PC. When I open a picture file
it is displayed with the MS Photo Editor. How do I view
my pictures with the MS Picture and Fax Viewer instead?
Can anyone help?

Try the following... right click an image and from
the menu...choose...Properties / Change Button...
choose the program you wish to use and click...
OK / Apply / OK.
