I have used the programme in the past and it worked fine then but recently Ihad aproblem and had to reinstall Windows, have I left something out ?. My operating system is Windows XP home edition, and I'm close to binning it and going back to Windows 98 SE
Any ideas please, many thanks

Can you explain how this question is related to the Visual Basic .NET
programming language?

1. Whilst connected

2. Use the Settings or Access menu to press Preferences.

3. Select Internet Properties (WWW) or WWW.

4. On the Web Graphics tab, check Never compress graphics and press Apply.

5. Select the General tab.

6. Delete the Temporary Internet files.

7. Press OK if you are prompted to confirm the deletion.

8. Press OK.

Regards - OHM
