I can see the pics I receive from other people, but when I send them to my
friends, they can't see the pics. Help please.

You will need to provide more information than that, such as:

1. What kind of pictures? File type and size.
2. How are you sending them?
a. In email? If yes, which email program?
b. What is your ISP (Comcast, AT&T, AOL, BT, etc.)?
c. If you are trying to send as attachments in email, what exactly
do you do?
3. Can you send any attachments? If yes, describe what you can
successfully send.
4. Can you send picture attachments to anyone or just not to a few
friends? Are these friends all on AOL for instance?
5. Did this ever work? If yes, what changed?

The pics have a .eml after them. I forward them to my friends my email
(Sympatico). Don't know if the others got them - haven't heard from them, but
I sent a message out to another friends asking him if he was able to see the
pics.

Just heard from my other friend. He can see the pics, so it must be the other
person's computer (I presume).

It could be the Firewall is blocking these images, your security and
settings on the IE, try to clear your caches and reduce the size of the TEMP
to 50-80 MBs.
Read this link:
http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/redx.htm
Also let Him/Here check there settings on the E-Mail Client for Viewing
Images, also under the Advanced tab under "Multimedia Option in IE properties.

HTH.

..eml indicates an email, not a picture.
