Pick one bit of hardware!

If you could pick any single bit of hardware to have for your PC, what would it be? (doens't matter about cost, but don't go saying diamond encrusted solid gold cases ;)).

I'd love a big 30" LCD, or a projector - some of them look amazing and can really make gameplay so much better. :D

What would you pick? :)
 
Well thats a difficult one being a mesh customer! A pc that works would be nice, but i think it would be a dual core cpu, just to see if they are all worth the hype. Either that or a PDA just so i could pee of people on the train by surfing the net!!
 
Top of the range dual-core CPU (one of the new Pentiums) :)

ooooh, but a 30" screen would be nice too
 
But that's always the problem. I think "If I just get that 21" tft, my rig will be complete." I then find that perhaps my graphics card isn't quite upto scratch and a bit more memory would be helpful and so on and so on.

Actually, the one thing I would have is a different partner who would be quite happy to let me spend whatever I wanted on my beloved (computer).

30" Apple Cinema HD :D

Don't get a projector, one of those monitors will be much better quality, brighter and a lot sharper image. plus, projectors are really annoying because you can't get in the way of it and it has to be far enough away. trust me - i have one.
 
Def the big monitor. Its the one thing you will have for ages, so thats what i'd go for!!
