Pick Lists

I am trying to insert a drop-down "pick list" in my
spreadsheet.

I have defined the values that I want in my pick list in
column H in my worksheet.

Could anyone please remind me how to insert a pick list in
cells in column C that would link to the values in column
H.

The intention is to allow the user to use pick lists to
populate various cells in column C.

Select your range in column C. Choose Validation from the Data menu. On the
Settings tab, choose List for Allow. Click in the Source box, then select
(click and drag) your picklist in column H. Click OK.
