"pick list" javascript?

I'm looking for a javascript that will display a "pick list" of X number of
items- say automobile names. The user would select a name- say "Mustang" and
they'd get a "compatability" list of appropriate size tires in an adjacent
list.

Does anyone know where I can find this script?
