Physical movement of PC

recently moved PC onto a new desk and had to unplug
everything etc. Now all plugged back in and checked
correct cabling but keyboard still not responding but
there is power to it. All I get is welcome message (the
windows box) and cannot get PC to wrok
 
Are you sure you did not switch the PS/2 mouse and keyboard
plugs?
