Marylou

What is this? My computer is the one having problems
booting. I keep getting to a screen that says
STOP: 0x00000051 (0x00000004, 0x00000001, 0xE1034170,
0x00EF32A8) where the last two numbers change it time and
then it says it is doing a Phyiscal dump. After that, it
starts all over with the Dell Screen, the different ways
to start it (safe mode etc. --safe mode takes me to a dos
type screen that lists my drivers.) If I chose normal
start, it does a disk check and says things are ok. Then
it goes back and starts at the Dell Screen again. Is this
a bad virus or what is it?
Please help! Am I losing all my data?Getting very nervous.

MaryLou,
Next time you startup go to the Menu and select Safe Mode with Command
Prompt. Try a system restore from there.
