PhotoStory3 Question

I have created a story, using PhotoStory3 and saved as a DVD file and burned,
using Nero. The DVD is great and I can play the WMV file as a stand alone file.

The problem that I have is that I sent the file to a friend, who uses W98SE and
WMP9. He cannot seem to play the WMV file. Is there a solution for this?

Perhaps I am missing something but I didn't see any indication on the download
page that the files would not be compatible with previous versions of WMP.

Can someone advise?

The codec used to do the panning and zooming in Photostory3 is specific
to version 10 of WMP. Without it, the file will not play I'm afraid. An
upgrade to WMP 10 is required but I'm not sure if it will work with W98SE.
