Photostory CD & DVD 2005 problem

I created a slide show with sound and animation using Photostory 2005 using a
CD-R music 700mb disc. It will not play with sound or animation. Plays like
a normal slide show without music or fade ins, outs. Can someone help me? I
have tried to contact Company via e-mail and phone calls. They do not have
an 800 number and I have not had luck reaching anyone .

ps: The slide show plays like it should on my computer.

We have no info on Photostory 2005,
try Sencesa support:
(e-mail address removed)

Was there an option to create a VCD?
Is that the option you chose?

Just an opinion...it sounds like your DVD
player is JPEG compliant and is reading
the content of the CD as though it were
just image files and it's overlooking the
file created by Photostory 2005.
