I have 2 choices, auto or set the duration per image.
Question, I want to set the duration the same for all images ie. 10 sec. How
do i set the same duration for all the images without haveing to set the same
duration separately for each image?
Thanks
Richard

Hello John... nice to see you :-)
Let me ask a question about this utility, what does it do to audio? Or do we
need to do the video separately, then import the new video file and then add
audio?
Hope all is well with you guys!

Hi Kep,

I just tested it on a story with about 20 pix, some narrated and computer
generated background music... I cut the durations to 4 seconds, less than
the narrations. It reduced the durations but didn't go to any less than the
narrations.... and the background music adapted... so it worked fine...

As a precaution, it first saves the story project to a backup file, so you
can undo it if needed.

Great to '''' see you '''' too. I'll be in your area this weekend when I
present Movie Maker and Photo Story at the Microsoft Windows Gallery in San
Francisco (sorry it's not a bit closer for you)...

There's a utility called TweakPS that can do a global change to the
durations in a saved project. There's a link on the Photo Story 3 > Setup
page of my site.

Thanks for the information.
I downloaded the TweakPC software and could not use it on my WinXP as it
required net frame.
I do not understand net frame, it there an easier way to use TweakPC?

I think I accidentally hit reply instead of Reply to Group...

1.1 is required for TweakPS, and 2.0 should work fine. I run both.
