My printer does not print some of the items on a web page very clear. I have
cleaned the print cartiridges a number of times and have calibrated the
printed a number of times. When it prints out the test page it looks great,
but it still will not print very good from the web pages. I have uninstall
it and reinstalled it a few times and have deleted all files and drivers and
redownloaded them, but it still does the same thing. I'm running XP Home
with 640 MB of ram. Any suggestions? Thanks

Does it print a PDF or Word documents OK with non bold small fonts and an image
or two? If so, the printer is not the culprit.
Does it happen on all web pages or just some? If only some then what is the
difference between one that prints OK and one that doesn't? My guess, and it is
only a guess, is that the web pages that don't print well use fonts that are
pastel shades and the pages are not printer friendly.

Thanks for the reply. Any web page that has a url that you can click on or
just a different font don't print out very good. Sometimes you can't even
read it.

How well does the printer print Word or PDF documents?

If it comes from a web page it won't print very good with the exception of
the plain print. If I work within word and then print it out it does good,
but anything that comes from the web is bad. Thanks

In that case I don't believe you have a printer problem, I suspect there is
something amiss elsewhere. Generally if a printer prints well from all
applications but one, the issue will be with that application and not in the
printer or the printer driver. There are exceptions but these are rare. I
assume you are using Internet Explorer and not some specialised web browser?
