I have photoshop elements 3. Under Filter, Render, is something called
"lighting effects". The first time I tried to use it, it opened but when I
clicked "ok" to apply it I got a message saying there was a program error.
Now when I click on it I won't even open. It seems like a useful filter.
What's the problem and how do I fix it? (My pictures are RGB, which the help
file they need to be.)
