photoshop files in ms picture it

I am unable to view psd files in ms Picture it. Does Picture It support
photoshop files. Thanks

The following Picture It! programs list
..psd files as compatible (layers will not
be preserved and if resaved a different
format will be required).

2001, 2002, 7.0, 9, 10

If you cannot open the files, you may
have a graphics filter problem.

Also, you may be able to open your .psd
files in IrfanView:
