Photos

It seems that many people are having problems opening
photos for the internet etc. Including me. Doesn't anyone
have a solution? Microsoft is hard to get to. Maybe a
tech from there reads these messages. If not someone
there should. It would give them insite into problems
their ,thus far, loyal users have with this and other
situations. I'm tired of paying for thier mistakes.
