On one of my computers I have Windows 2000 which uses
Microsoft Photo Editor which I find very user friendly
and better resolution on printing photos than I am
getting thru Windows XP.

Can Microsoft Photo Editor be installed in Windows XP. Or
how do you get the same quality resolution on XP as I am
getting out of the Photo Editor printing the same photo.

[Note, I am also using the same printer on both]

Microsoft Photo Editor is part of Microsoft Office. In order to install
Photo Editor, you'll have to purchase a version of Office.
