The reason why you have not received any response is because you have not
explained clearly what your problem is. I am no expert, but it seems to me
that "bin" folders contain much digital information in binary code. A jpg
file is a photo in the jpeg format. Do you mean that you are able to open
photographs that have the extension ".bin"? If so the workaround would be to
open the photo on to your desktop, press the key Prt Sc [print screen] then
paste the desktop image into any photo application such as Photoshop
PaintShop Pro etc. Then you crop the image to show only the photo and not the
rest of the desktop. Then you save the photo as a jpg.
If you try this let me know what happens. If on the other hand I have
misunderstood the point of what you are asking, still let me know.
