Windows XP photos within e-mail

Is there anyway possible to save, transfer or remove family pictures sent to me by Yahoo e-mail? There is nothing about this in Yahoo answers and no way to ask them.
 
I believe if you scroll down to the bottom of the message it lists the attachment with an option to 'scan and save to computer' :thumb:
 
I save Yahoo-mail photos by right clicking on the picture, then from the menu in either IE6 or 7 select "Save picture as..." or if using FireFox, right click on the picture and select "Save image as..." then save to your default destination folder (such as My Pictures) :)
