When I first setup up my screensaver I was asked if I wanted to stretch the
picture to fill screen. I chose this but I don't like the way it looks. Now I
cannot find where to de-select this in the setting. I've looked everywhere.
Can someone tell where this is so I can de-select it.

Control Panel>Personalization>Desktop Background. Below the wallpapers you
can choose "How should the picture or video be positioned?

Actually, I'm asking about the photo screensaver not desktop. It is
stretching the pictures to fill the screen and that's what I wish to change.

Delete the photo from C:\Users\Mogu\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows Photo
Gallery, then go to Pictures, re-select the photo you want to use as
wallpaper.

Yes at first there were options here and now it just says my video card does
not support themes and only allows me to change the speed....
