Photos Program

Hello,
I do a lot of pictures for sub-sites I build and I need a program that will
allow me to :
1. Add resizable frames, that can accepted text and images.
2. Be able to batch numerous pictures all at once to a frame.

I Have Photoshop CS2, but you need a Masters Degree to understand the
instructions. There must be a simple program that will address the two items
I listed above. Can anyone help??
 
John, thanks for responding. Faststone doesn't have the options I state in my
question. Do you have any other recommendations?? I need to make frames that
will accept images and text and then be able to batch numerous pictures to
that frame all at once.
