I received an disc w/photos from overseas and I can't access the them or any
info. on the disc. I can view items on disc's I've burned (both pics and
video) myself. When I click START then MY COMPUTER then right clik on the D:
drive icon then click on properties all the disc info is 0 (zero) as in USED
SPACE: 0 bytes FREE SPACE 0 bytes. Is my pc not able to read the disc? Or,
is the disc empty?
Thanks for the help.

I'm guessing you have a DVD drive?

Maybe the following article will offer some ideas:

to Read a UDF-Formatted Disc in Windows XP

Thanks John, but I've looked over those links already...they may as well have
been in latin. Can anyone please help me load this UDF format I need to view
this disc? I know most basics of this pc, but need help with programs and the
like.
A world of thanks in advance. :o)

I'm not positive that the UDF reader is
the solution to your problem but you can
download a free one at the following link
if you wish to give it a try:

Free...Adaptec UDF Reader Driver 5.1.1.213
http://download.com.com/3000-2100-9497911.html

Before installing any software on your
computer...it's a good idea to create a
restore point:

Download the file to your desktop and left
click it to install. Hopefully that will allow you
to view the contents of the disk.

Good luck.
