Photos linked to an Access Form

I have a built a simple database that contains specifications for about 300
buildings, I would like to create a form that relates each record to a linked
photo. When I embed the photos my database quickly becomes bloated and
unuseable. I've tried to create a data table and image table with the photo's
hyperlinked to the appropriate record field, but when I try to create a form
that displays the photo within a bound object a run into trouble. any ideas?

First try storing all images in a seperate directory not in the
database. This will reduce the bloat of the database. Then link the
picture back to the database. Try these links:

cannot get it to work. I am using v2003, is that why?
