Hi,

My parents moved some of their pictures to the Program Files folder. Now
when they try to access the files, they get an error message that says
"[filename] not accessible." The files are still listed with the proper size,
but it is not possible to move, copy, or view the files.

I can reproduce the problem on their computer. Any time you move a picture
to Program Files or one of its sub-folders, this happens. It does not happen
in other folders. Also, the problem only happens with image files.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Thanks,
Matt

I am unable to reproduce this issue on my computer...
I'm running Windows XP Home SP1.

Are you logged on as the Computer Administrator?
Have you tried accessing the files in Safe Mode?
