After inserting photos from within My Web folder to a page in the same
folder, and posting the photos and the page through FTP, the photos aren't
there on the web.

Did you have a web / site open in FP or just a file (page)? You must have a web / site open, before
working on your web content.

Did you also upload the photos?

And did you IMPORT the images into your open site before using them on a
page?
Eleanor

The two images in question exist in the same "My Web" folder as the page
where they are placed, and they show in the file list on the left side of the
FrontPage screen in the extended list of files available in the site.

They show in preview and in the edit mode of the page in question, but not
after FTP'ing to the web.

Thanks

When viewing the page in your browser, right click on the red X, and then select properties and see
what the path is to the image, then correct.

Make sure the images are GIF or JPG (RGB format).

Did you import them into the specific web site images' folder?
Give us the URL so we can see what is happening.

Many thanks!

After looking at the file name I realized that it was too complex. It was
lengthy and contained spaces. After renaming the photos, they loaded
perfectly!

Your help is appreciated,
