If I click on a pic within "My Pictures" folder and
select "send to recipient" eventually I get this message,

Outlook Express could not be started. The application was
unable to open the Outlook Express message store. Your
computer may be out of memory or your disk is full.
(0X8007000E,5).

Empty your cache, right-click your browser icon, properties, delete files or within
IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files. This usually will solve this type of
problem.
